# Installation Service
We will supply the machine with User Manual in English or other language for installation, operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting. We can provide technical support and guidance by E-mail, Fax, Telephone, Skype, ICQ, WhatsApp and so on, to further assist you in case of some questions regarding installation, commissioning operation. # Training Service
You can send technicians to MORN Laser factory for free training courses. It is direct and efficient face-to-face training. Here we have well-assembled equipment, all sorts of tools and testing facility available for you to practice. What’s more, our engineers will give detailed and systemic guidance.
Training Period: 1-3 days (Recommend)

# Professional overseas service
MORN has senior engineers with more than 12 years’ experience to design and produce the advanced laser machine with optimal configuration. After-sale department can arrange engineer to provide door to door installation and training service. However, the Customer shall provide accommodation, round trip tickets and service charge of engineer.

# Multiple and Lifelong Technical Support
Multiple and Lifelong Technical Support are available on emails, phone calls, Skype, Teamviewer, Whatsapp, Facebook, Viber, Kakao and other online platforms to provide customers with professional laser cutting solutions. And machine operating videos and User Manual will be attached with the machine to facilitate customers’ safe operation and laser business development. Besides, MORN after-sales team can be reached by 7*24h to offer rapid solutions for customers’ problems.

# Quality Guarantee Service
We guarantee the quality of machine (e.g. processing speed and working performance is the same as the data of samples making). We sign the agreement with detailed technical data.
We arrange final test before shipment. We run the machine for a few days, and then use customer’s materials for test. We will not arrange shipments unless making sure the machine has the best performance.

QUALITY CONTROL

Before the production, we have professional purchase department to select the machine parts to ensure the raw material is good enough, this is the first important step to manufacture machine.

During the production, we have professional technical engineers inspect the whole processing progress to ensure the machine quality.

After the production, we have to test more than 48 hours before delivery to ensure every machine is qualified.
