Placing Order

After we confirm all the details, we will do the PI (Performa invoice) for your reference. After you confirm it, we will both sign it. Then you can take it to your bank or online wire transfer. Please send the bank slip to us after you arrange the money.

Manufacture

We will take your bank slip to do the manufacturing documents and apply the after-sale engineer for you. All MORN laser customers will have their own serials number and his own after-sale engineer. We will input your machine configuration to our customer computer system to help you maintain your machine in future.

Delivery

We will offer the machine pictures and videos. If you like, we can do video call on our factory, and then you can see your machine by your own eyes. We will pack the machine until the customer confirms all the details.

Customs clearance

The shipping company will call you one week in advance before the fiber cutting machine will arrive at sea port. Then you can prepare the customs clearance.
